Personal data of members is processed by NFC for the following purpose (s):

  • Communication;
  • Allocation to teams;
  • Planning competitions and training;
  • Tracking progress;
  • Keeping track of the football history (in which season played in which team).

  • NFC membership.

  • Performing volunteer work at NFC.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIBERS

Personal data of Newsletter subscribers are processed by NFC for the following purpose (s):

  • Informing the person by means of news releases.

  • NFC membership;
  • Parents and guardians of (youth) members who have given their e-mail address as contact address;
  • Volunteer work performed for NFC;
  • Sponsors, business partners and invitees of sponsor meetings.


For the above objective (s), NFC may request the following personal data from you:

  • E-mail address.


Your personal data is stored by NFC for the above-mentioned processing (s) for the period:

  • During the period that people are connected to NFC.


Recipients of the newsletter can unsubscribe at any time via the website. Your address will then be removed from our mailing list. You will then no longer receive newsletters and / or invitations. Your e-mail address will remain in our records for other purposes (for example invoicing). If you want to change or delete your e-mail address, you can pass this on to the member administration ( [email protected]) by e-mail.

PROVISION TO THIRD PARTIES
